KIDS YOGA classes with Miss Arielle

Class Dates: (min. 5 required to run for each class)
FALL 1: 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/24, 11/7 (no class 10/17, 10/31)
FALL 2: 11/14, 11/21, 12/5, 12/12, 12/19, 12/26 (no class 11/28)

KIDS YOGA Mixed ages 4.5-Grade 5 ~ Kids Yoga classes include kid-friendly breathing exercises, sun salutations, and yoga-based games which will help the children develop confidence in their bodies physically, socially and emotionally. Each session will conclude with a guided meditation. Parents are encouraged to participate in sharing in this healthy experience.
Tuition ~ $90 for 6 weeks. Pre-registration required. (Min. 5 students required to run each class.)
Each additional sibling registered for the same class 50% off. (Max. fee $180/family.)
Why Should Kids Do Yoga?
Children are natural yogis. In fact, many yoga poses were designed from watching babies move. It is this instinctual movement and flexibility that is lost when our kids stop moving. Yoga brings an awareness of the individual being that no other activity can, as it is not only a physical activity, but a practice of the union of breath & body, mind & body. Children who practice yoga regularly can maintain their flexibility and have an appreciation for their bodies. They are better able to focus on school studies & make healthy life choices.
Arielle is also available to lead Kid's Yoga or yoga dance for birthday parties, kids' yoga tea parties, private or public school classes, afterschool programs, or to lead continuing education workshops for elementary schoolteachers (YogaEd's Tools for Teachers program).
